I had to cancel 2 rooms that I booked through Booking.com. it turned into a huge problem however Stef Chavez was wonderful to work with and was instrumental in getting my refund. Without her, I would have been out a considerable amount of money. She worked hard and relentlessly to help me. Thank you Stef. What a stellar employee!!!

I loved how clean and good the breakfast was. i went to check out the pool and it was warm which i didnt mind bc i love it heated up mostly with this cold weather. Excellent clean room. I could stay here again.

The bed and pillows were amazing, among the best wed ever had at a hotel, giving us an excellent nights sleep. The shower had plenty of hot water and a helpful ledge. The staff members were especially friendly and helpful. Breakfast was more wide-ranging than most complementary hotel breakfasts.
